Q: When do we meet with you for a pre-wedding consultation?
A: I usually meet with my clients from the beginning of their journey. There may be lots of questions to ask, information such as the venue, time, etc. I come more than once to meet with you to finalise any other details which are significant to the couple. It is also very valuable to get to know my clients, for them to have faith in us and identify what your preferences may be.
Q: Do I require a deposit?
A: Yes, we do require a deposit as this secures your date, so you can arrange the rest of our wedding arrangements knowing your photographer is secured. In most cases, the deposit is not refundable.
Q: Travelling outside Cardiff?
A: We are more than happy to travel a further distance. We are also delighted to travel overseas, so please enquire for a no-obligation quote.
Q: How long does it take for our wedding images to be ready?
A: Our intention is to have the images edited and ready in 3 weeks.
Q: Wedding albums and bespoke packages. How long does this usually take to receive an album?
A: This usually depends on what style of album/photo box the clients choose, to be on the cautious side - 6 weeks, which gives the wedding party something to look forward too.
Q: Are we insured?
A: Yes, I have full public liability insurance.
Q: Can we cater for smaller wedding events?
A: Yes, of course, this is not a problem that’s why we offer bespoke packages.
Q: Do we need to provide a meal for you?
A: No not at all, unless this is what the wedding party want to do.
